• Pay: £115.38 per day

• Engage with customers and clients to address any queries relating to services and offer empathetic and thoughtful support.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions on CRM systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Develop a deep industry knowledge to accurately guide customers towards the right products and services with clarity and confidence.
• Handling customer concerns with sensitivity, escalating cases where appropriate.
• Sharing customer feedback to help enhance services and improve the overall experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service and contribute to team-wide insights.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to show empathy.
• A commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding personal information.
• Confidence managing a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
