77 Diamonds is a dynamic company already established as the leading European diamond ecommerce retailer specialising in diamond jewellery.

We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our team at our Head Office in Hanover Square.

As a naturally motivated and personable individual, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full time position and includes Saturday working.

As a Customer Care Consultant, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Meeting customers in the showroom for repair consultations and collection appointments.
• Assessing jewellery and preparing quotations for repairs.
• Processing jewellery resizes and exchanges, liaising with the workshop regarding polishing and other requirements.
• Carrying out quality control checks on jewellery items prior to customer collection.
• Guiding customers through the repair process, keeping them informed and providing a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Responding to aftersales enquiries via telephone, email and face to face.
• Accurately recording and maintaining repair information
• Liaising with colleagues and the workshop to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintaining the high level of presentation and service expected within a luxury showroom environment.

• Experienced in a customer service, a showroom, or a similar client facing role.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients.
• Warm, friendly and confident, with a naturally professional manner.
• Highly organised, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Confident using computer systems and able to maintain accurate records.
• An excellent communicator with a professional telephone and email manner.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working as part of a team while also taking initiative and ownership of their responsibilities.
• Previous jewellery experience is preferred
