What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a dedicated Practice Manager who can lead by example and drive excellence within our practice.

Skills and Experience required:

• A minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar management role
• Evidence of post graduate studies or a management qualification
• Strong business, financial and strategic acumen.
• Experience in a private dental practice or similar health care setup
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong understanding and abilities in performance management, sales, lead generation, handling appraisals, compliance and recruitment areas of running a business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great analytical skills
• Strong understanding of sales and performance management
• Strong understanding of KPIs and how these can be used to monitor and manage the practice.

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £40K +/- annual performance related bonus
• Additional Incentives: Pay increases and bonuses available
