Hygienist

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Dental Hygienist to partner with us on a self‑employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in St Mary Axe, London.

• Provide dental hygiene services to private and membership patients.
• Work every Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team.
• Participate in in‑house CPD events and professional development opportunities.

• Minimum of 3 years fully private experience in London.
• Experience in periodontics, implant cleaning and root‑canal hygiene welcomed.
• Own clinical skills and ability to work independently as a partner.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Stable revenue stream with no administrative fees; paid in line with private pricing.
• Ability to treat Bupa insurance customers, adding another revenue stream.
• Access to Bupa Smile Plan, discounted health insurance, and menopause‑plan rates.
• In‑house support: sedation, oral surgery, implants, root‑canal treatments and a complaint team.
• Practice‑level marketing support and a network of over 380 practices for relocation ease.
• Referral bonus up to £3,000 for referring clinicians and support staff (terms and conditions apply).
• Professional development: CPD events, large clinical network and wellbeing resources.

The practice is located in St Mary Axe, City of London, next to the Gherkin building by Liverpool Street Station. It offers a modern, fully computerised environment with digital x‑ray and Apex Locator in seven surgeries.
