Design Manager - Commercial Fit‑Out
Location: London
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 DOE
A leading London fit‑out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design coordination and delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit‑out projects. You will manage consultant teams, review technical design packages, and ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and deliverable on fast‑paced office schemes.
Key Requirements- Proven experience as a Design Manager within a fit‑out or main contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B commercial fit‑out projects
- Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes
- Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor‑only backgrounds)
- Strong technical design coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Design or Construction related discipline (desirable)
