We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a thriving and forward‑thinking multi‑discipline team, where innovation meets technical excellence. A talented Architectural Technologist based in Farringdon, London, will play a pivotal role in the delivery of major high‑rise residential schemes ranging from £10M to over £200M.
Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to long‑term, nationally significant developments that push the boundaries of design, precision and compliance. These projects require exceptional technical skills and a collaborative approach. Candidates should also have a strong interest or good knowledge of the Building Safety Act.

- Deliver high‑quality technical and construction packages using Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment
- Work closely with internal design teams and external consultants to coordinate architectural and technical design
- Produce and manage detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules across all project stages
- Navigate technical requirements of highly regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with industry and safety standards
- Engage in risk assessments, QA reviews, and technical audits tailored to secure infrastructure work
- Attend site meetings and play an active role in monitoring construction and resolving site queries
- Contribute to continuous improvements in BIM workflow and technical delivery across the studio
- Able to support and guide junior team members and contribute to projects from inception to completion
- Minimum 4 years industry experience
- CIAT membership or working towards accreditation advantageous
- Able to manage / work alongside a Project team
- Live within a commutable distance of Farringdon, London
- Proven technical detailing capability, creativity and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Multisector experience advantageous
- Revit knowledge – highly advantageous
