This role focuses on developing complex 3D BIM models and producing RIBA Stage 4 technical packages for projects in regulated sectors such as life sciences and defence. Candidates need advanced Revit skills and a strong understanding of building regulations. Mentorship of junior staff will also be a key responsibility.
