Location: City of Westminster
We have several exciting, high density residential schemes in London and the home counties and are looking for Architects with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our growing studio. This is a great opportunity to oversee all aspects of the pre-planning process of large mixed used projects with a strong emphasis on high quality housing.
Key Responsibilities may include:- Work collaboratively in a design team through planning application stages.
- Lead the coordination of planning applications for medium to large scale residential developments
- Oversee and mentor junior staff
- 2D and 3D modelling and stakeholder presentation production
- Attend and/or lead client meetings and/or coordination workshops
- ARB registration or overseas equivalent
- Experience working on residential London developments is preferred.
- Knowledge of UK Building regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, in addition to Revit, is useful
