Technical Architect

A Technical Architect is required to join a design‑led practice in Waterloo, London, working on high‑end residential, hospitality, heritage and mixed‑use projects. This role suits a qualified Part III Architect with UK practice experience, strong Revit skills and technical strength across RIBA stages 4 and 5. You will prepare project information, technical packages and construction details within a small project team.

• Work across RIBA stages with a focus on stages 4 and 5
• Produce technical construction information
• Prepare drawings, models and documents
• Support coordinated project delivery
• Work on 5
  * hotel projects, residential developments and mixed‑use schemes
• Supervise junior team members and report clearly to senior colleagues and directors

• Qualified Part III Architect with 2+ years' UK practice experience
• Strong technical design knowledge
• Proficient Revit user (AutoCAD knowledge would be advantageous)
• Confident client and contractor communication
• Experience on bespoke residential, apartments, hospitality and/or heritage projects required
• Well‑structured portfolio showing your own project work beneficial

Fully flexible salary dependent on experience.
