Project-Leading Technical Architect/Technologist – Permanent Position. London

Our client is one of the UK's largest interdisciplinary design practices, specialising in housing, mixed-use developments and urban regeneration. They have an opportunity within their award-winning team for a project-leading Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills, focussing on recladding and refurbishment projects.

• Lead and manage project technical delivery for recladding and refurbishment schemes, ensuring high standards of design and technical accuracy.
• Provide strong Revit modelling and detailing, especially for façades, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare specifications (NBS Chorus) and contribute to fee proposals; work autonomously as required.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, communicate progress and risks, and contribute to business development where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, manage project team performance, and ensure deliverables meet programme requirements.

• Strong Revit skills and experience in architectural detailing for facades.
• Experience writing specifications (NBS Chorus) and assembling fee proposals.
• Experience in refurbishment and recladding projects; interest in retrofit.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a design-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
