BIM Project Wise Engineer

Delivery Support, BIM Coordination & User Enablement

The BIM Project Wise Engineer is a delivery‑focused role embedded within the BIM & Information Management team, supporting designers and engineers in the practical use of Project Wise to produce coordinated, compliant digital deliverables.

This role suits candidates who enjoy working directly with design teams, solving issues, supporting BIM compliance, and ensuring information flows correctly through the CDE.

• Manage day‑to‑day Project Wise operations within assigned project areas
• Set up projects, manage users, permissions, workflows and naming conventions
• Provide first‑line technical support to designers and engineers
• Support AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Bentley tools within Project Wise
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, BEP, CAD standards and client requirements
• Assist with quality assurance checks on supply‑chain BIM and CAD deliverables
• Support design coordination across disciplines within the CDE
• Deliver training and guidance to internal and external users
• Assist with data migrations, upgrades and system improvements
• Support integration with iTwin and asset information workflows

• Strong hands‑on Project Wise experience
• BIM‑aware with CAD and model coordination understanding
• Confident supporting design teams under programme pressure
• Detail‑focused with strong QA and standards compliance mindset
• Comfortable acting as a bridge between BIM, IM and delivery teams
