Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established, design‑led architectural practice based in London. The studio is known for delivering high‑quality residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments across the capital, with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, collaboration, and innovative design solutions.
The practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of residential and fire remediation projects across a range of stages. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an intermediate‑level professional to develop their technical expertise while contributing to complex schemes within a supportive and technically driven team environment.
Responsibilities- Support the technical delivery of residential and fire remediation projects across multiple RIBA stages, particularly Stages 3–5.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of technical design packages for high‑rise and multi‑occupancy residential buildings.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to support the smooth delivery of projects.
- Assist with the coordination of project information and help ensure documentation aligns with UK building regulations and fire safety standards.
- Support project teams across multiple live schemes, contributing to programme delivery and project milestones.
- Participate in design team meetings and assist in addressing technical queries during the project lifecycle.
- 3–6 years’ experience working within a UK architectural practice.
- Experience working on UK residential projects, ideally including multi‑occupancy or high‑rise developments.
- Good understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing, and technical design processes.
- Experience using Revit to produce detailed technical drawings and project information.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.
- A proactive and detail‑oriented approach to technical design and project delivery.
