The Company
My client are a specialist contractor delivering high-quality external envelope solutions, including façade systems, roofing, structural framing and cladding packages, across a diverse range of construction projects.
The Role- Designer (Cladding/Roofing)
- Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality standard.
- Manage the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the client's expectations.
- Adhere to budget constraints to maintain developed design as financially viable.
- Present proposals for approval to the client.
- Oversee the design process using technical expertise.
- Maintain thorough documentation of the design and development. Complying to ISO
9001.
Cladding or Roofing experience preferable.
