Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, reducing to 3 days after successful completion of probation
An established building services consultancy based in the City of London is looking to appoint a talented MEP Revit Technician to join its growing BIM team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hands‑on 3D modelling who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be involved in the delivery of technically challenging projects across a variety of sectors. You'll work closely with engineers and BIM professionals to develop coordinated MEP models from concept through to construction.
The RoleAs a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of BIM models, including:
- Producing hands‑on MEP modelling using Autodesk Revit.
- Creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings throughout all project stages.
- Developing and maintaining coordinated BIM models in line with project and industry standards.
- Working closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Participating in clash detection and model coordination to resolve design issues.
- Supporting project delivery by producing high-quality, accurate models within programme deadlines.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- 3+ years' experience as a Revit Technician within an MEP or Building Services environment.
- Strong hands‑on Revit modelling experience with the ability to produce coordinated MEP models independently.
- A good understanding of BIM standards and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working - 4 days in the office, reducing to 3 days after probation.
