Role: Senior Architectural Technician
Location: London
Rate of Pay: £26-£33 per hour
Contract: 12-month contract
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Your Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our expanding team.
You will be working on projects across residential and commercial sectors from planning to construction.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Degree in Architecture, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology / related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist
- Strong experience delivering both commercial and residential developments.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations & planning processes.
- Experience producing technical packages and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with large-scale residential developments
- Knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and Gateway processes.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up, Navisworks, Vectorworks, In Design
