Cundall in London is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for MEP at RIBA Stages 2-4. You will collaborate with engineers and BIM leads, ensuring templates are followed and models align with project requirements.
You will input COBie, IFC and Uniclass data as needed, coordinate across disciplines, and support automation initiatives within Cundall’s BIM team. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional.
