Senior Architect and Principal Designer
A construction consultancy with a big Architectural service is hiring a Senior Architect to implement a process for Building Regulation Principal Design. You will implement systems to aid the design teams Building Regulation management.
The Senior Architect will focus on Building Regulation Principal Design for the first 3-6 months, before adopting a split focus between the two roles.
The consultancy has many long-standing employees and can offer a down-to-earth and autonomous working environment, with no expectation to stay late or start early.
The RoleAs a Senior Architect you will lead the design and delivery of complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance within the Principal Design role, maintains design quality, liaises with clients, and supports projects from concept through construction completion successfully.
The PersonThe Senior Architect and Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 5 years of experience as a qualified Architect.
The Senior Architect and Principal Designer suitable for this role will have experience of creating processes for the management of Building Regulation compliance within the Principal Design role.
In Return?The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide:
