We are looking for an experienced focused and passionate Knitwear Designer to join our team on a full-time basis, with experience in luxury or premium brands.

As part of the team, you would be working alongside the RTW design team to develop and design each seasonal knitwear collection to complement the woven collections and help build the brand handwriting.

• To manage the Junior Knitwear Designer

• Designing and developing seasonal knit range to support each RTW collection

• Yarn research and sourcing

• Development of stories and creating a well-balanced range with the merchandising team

• Creation of tech packs

• 3D draping and sketching

• Fitting and following up all communication with factories

• Range building at proto and SMS stage

• Present and handover detailed product knowledge to sales team

• Management of own critical path

• Work closely with production and support with technical

• Participation in pre-show activities

• 5 years’ experience in knitwear design in luxury/premium brands

• Hand drawing skills

• Highly technical yarn and knit technique knowledge

• Organised and efficient

• Ability to multitask and think outside the box with problem solving

• Photoshop/basic IT skills

• Factory and production experience

• Strong fitting skills with good knowledge of garment construction

• Team player with good communication skills
