As a SHO Doctor in General Surgery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within our Surgical specialties. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus on either Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery, depending on your interests and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care
:
Deliver exceptional care within the Surgical specialties, with a focus on either Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery. - Clinical Assessments
:
Conduct thorough assessments, examinations, and treatment planning for patients. - Multidisciplinary Collaboration
:
Work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Medical Qualification
:
Hold a medical degree with completion of Foundation Training (equivalent to CT1/2 level). - GMC Registration
:
Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration. - Surgical Interest
:
Demonstrated keen interest in pursuing a career in General Surgery, with a specific inclination towards Maxillofacial Surgery or ENT Surgery. - Professional Development
:
Commitment to continuous professional development and education. - Communication Skills
:
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
