The role – Behaviour Mentor

I am currently working with a mainstream secondary school in Camden that is looking for an engaging and supportive Behaviour Mentor to join their inclusion team as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with students who need extra support to manage their behaviour and engage effectively in lessons. You will deliver tailored mentoring sessions, assist in implementing behaviour plans, and liaise with staff and parents to ensure students receive consistent guidance and support.

The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, confident in de-escalating situations, and passionate about improving young people’s educational experiences.
