ASD Teaching Assistant - £90-£100 a day (dependent on experience) – Lambeth – ASD School – Immediate Start

* ASD Teaching Assistant required to support pupils with autism

* ASD Teaching Assistant required to have previous experience with autistic children

* ASD Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP

* Able to easily travel to Lambeth to be an ASD Teaching Assistant

The Role – ASD Teaching Assistant

Within this ASD Teaching Assistant role, you will work with autistic pupils aged 11 to 19, assisting their development working one to one or in small groups tailored to the pupils’ needs. You will be required to break tasks into clear manageable steps, support their communication and help these pupils understand social rules, emotions and peer interactions. As their skills develop you will reduce support to encourage autonomy and help them be integrated into life after school.
