Academics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in Westminster, seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join them from January. Working closely with class teachers, you will provide support to pupils across a range of classroom activities, helping them engage with their learning, complete tasks, and participate fully in lessons.

Primary school, Westminster

Start Date:

January start

Contract:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £95-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide class support to pupils and teachers within the Early Years setting

Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management

Carry out classroom and non-classroom activities

Help create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment

Liaise effectively with teachers to support pupil progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children within a school or similar setting

A Teaching Assistant eager to make an impact in a flourishing primary school

Graduates with a pro-active mindset are encouraged to apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good literacy and numeracy skills
