The ideal candidate must:
✔ Hold an Early Years Level 3 qualification or equivalent
✔ Have experience working with children in an Early Years setting
✔ Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to helping young children flourish
✔ Work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with children and families
