The Role

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Maintaining strong but fair behaviour management
Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing progress and supporting pupils to achieve strong outcomes
Working collaboratively with KS1 colleagues, support staff, and SLT
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

This role would suit an enthusiastic and reflective Year 2 Teacher who thrives in a high-performing school environment.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in KS1, ideally as a Year 2 Teacher
Strong understanding of phonics, early reading, and KS1 assessment
High expectations for behaviour, progress, and attainment
