We’re hiring! Community Youthand Education Lead
Salary: £34-£36k (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for evenings/weekends when required.
Location: Sternberg Centre, London N3 2SY
(with some travel)
Love working with young people and shaping Jewish education? We are looking for a dynamic and organised Educatorto lead national youth programmes, support communities and create inspiring educational experiences. This is a hands‑on role with variety, creativity and real impact.
What you’ll do:- Lead Kivunimresidential weekends and year‑round youth programmes
- Develop and pilot innovative educational initiatives
- Organise events, conferences and resources for educators
- Manage Shinshinimplacements and youth movement visits
- Support RSY/LJY programmes and national events
- Experience in Jewish education, youth work or teaching
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm and commitment to Progressive Judaism values
- Make a real difference in Jewish youthand communitylife
- Work nationally with passionate, supportive colleagues
