Learning Mentor – Brent – £110 to £150 a day – ASAP Start – Long term to permanent

Are you an experienced Learning Mentor? Have you worked with pupils with SEMH needs? Are you happy to work 1 to 1 with pupils who display challenging behaviour? If so, this role is the perfect fit for you!

This school is looking for experienced Learning Mentors to join their team working with a pupil with SEMH and SEN displaying very challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate has experience working with pupils with SEN in a school setting or through outreach. You will work in a 1-to-1 setting and must have strong behavioural management skills. This is a full‑time, long‑term role starting ASAP with potential to become permanent.

This is an SEN school in Brent, catering to 50 pupils aged 3–16. It is located near multiple underground stations and specialises in needs such as ASD and SEMH. The school has an extensive team that supports classrooms, and is looking to add experienced Learning Mentors to help.
