• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire and challenge students to reach their full potential in mathematics
• Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities, including those with SEN and SEMH
• Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
• Maintain a positive classroom environment with high standards of behaviour and engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Maths department to share best practice and develop schemes of work

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4 essential; KS5 desirable)
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for mathematics
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to inclusion, resilience, and supporting student progress
