Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant £120 £ 135 per day
Location: Greenwich (Kidbrooke), SE3 9YY
Start Date: ASAP Part Time
Salary : £120 £ 135 per day
Are you a recent Maths graduate eager to begin a fulfilling career in education?
A thriving secondary school in Greenwich (Kidbrooke) is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to support their Mathematics department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain practical classroom experience ahead of pursuing a PGCE or teacher training route.
The Role:- Support Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver targeted interventions and small-group support in numeracy and problem-solving
- Assist in planning and classroom preparation
- Encourage student engagement and confidence in Maths
- 2:1 or above in Mathematics or a related field
- Clear communication skills and a passion for education
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
- Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
