We are seeking an inspirational Primary School Teaching Assistant to support our vibrant Year 4 class. This role is perfect for graduates who want to develop their skills, make a measurable impact on pupil progress, and build the foundations for a successful teaching career.

• Working closely with the Year 4 class teacher to support daily learning
• Leading small-group interventions to boost attainment in core subjects
• Helping to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment
• Delivering targeted support to pupils who need a confidence boost or extra challenge
• Assisting with planning, resources, and classroom activities
• Becoming an integral part of the school community and contributing to wider school life

• Recent graduates (any subject welcomed) who are considering a future in teaching
