The Role

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive, and professional admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the applicant journey from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring timely processing of applications and accurate data entry.
  • Maintain strong communication with prospective learners throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Deliver a wide range of admissions activities, including assessing learner eligibility for funding and participating in recruitment events.
About You

You will have experience working in a busy, high‑achieving customer support team, preferably within an educational environment, supplemented with knowledge of student admissions procedures and student eligibility fee rules.

  • Experience in student record systems and admissions software.
  • Excellent customer care skills, with a positive, tactful, and sympathetic approach.
  • Ability to contribute positively to the college community.
