Overview
SEN Teaching Assistant
Propsero Teaching is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or support worker who can support children in an SEN school in Bromley.
The school is for children aged KS3 with a wide range of learning difficulties, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) to Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). Some pupils may have complex medical needs.
Propsero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and caring individual who can support children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Personal care may be involved. The school is located in Bromley and is a short walk from public transport.
ResponsibilitiesThe role may involve 1:1 support or small group work with learners who have a range of needs. Responsibilities may include providing personal care where required and supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities.

Full time, 8:20 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
• 6 months experience in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar setting
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent and above is preferable

Hold Right to Work in the UK, hold an enhanced child DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application, and provide two professional child-related references covering at least the last two years.
