SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded independent primary school in Islington to recruit an experienced and personable Admissions Manager. This is a key, front-facing role within the school and an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, forward-thinking educational environment.

As Admissions Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the entire admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment. You will ensure every family receives a warm, professional, and personalised experience that reflects the school's values and high standards.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership team, you will help plan and deliver open days, school tours, and community events, playing a vital role in supporting enrolment targets and shaping the future school community.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full school admissions process from enquiry to enrolment

Act as the main point of contact for prospective parents and carers

Maintain accurate admissions data, records, and CRM systems

Build strong relationships with nurseries and feeder schools

Lead and support open days, tours, and admissions events

Collaborate with marketing to increase school visibility and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisation and administrative abilities

Confidence managing data and admissions systems

Previous experience in admissions or education (independent school experience desirable, not essential)
