The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work within a Camden-based SEN school supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and SEMH. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning. You will be responsible for implementing behaviour strategies, supporting pupils during crisis situations and working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders.

This role is ideal for a calm, resilient and proactive individual with a passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
