Position: 1:1 Behaviour TA
Location: Wandsworth

1:1 Behaviour TA – Wandsworth - £90-£100 a day (dependent on experience) – Full time – Immediate Start – SEMH School
 
* 1:1 Behaviour TA – Extensive experience with SEMH pupils is essential
 
* 1:1 Behaviour TA – Previous experience working 1:1 with pupils is required
 
* 1:1 Behaviour TA – Full time ASAP
 
* 1:1 Behaviour TA – Able to commute to Wandsworth

The Role - 1:1 Behaviour TA
Seeking a 1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 5–19 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will provide consistent, individual support across the school day, helping the pupil manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and access learning. Responsibilities include following behaviour support plans, using calm and proactive strategies, supporting in class and during transitions, and encouraging positive choices, resilience, and independence within a supportive SEMH setting.

This Wandsworth based SEMH school is a specialist SEMH school supporting children and young people aged 5-19. The schools sole focus is to provide pupils with consistent support that nurtures their educational and social wellbeing to create independent, empathetic and ambitious young adults who hold themselves to high standards, making positive contributions to the communities they live in.
