SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Camden that is opening a brand-new Autism Resource Provision (ARP). The school is seeking an experienced and dedicated Specialist Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the role:

Teaching pupils predominantly in Years 2 and 3
Working within a newly established ARP setting
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
Contract until July 2026, with a view to a permanent school contract thereafter
Paid to scale
Paid trial days available for successfully shortlisted candidates

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven previous experience working within an ARP or specialist SEND environment (essential)
Demonstrate strong knowledge of autism and inclusive primary teaching practices
Be patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and the wider school team
