Music Teacher available for a highly popular Hackney based school?

Music Teacher - KS3 & KS4
Mondays to Wednesdays (for 1 term)
Popular school with excellent support
Ideally you can play and teach Basic Piano (Essential);
Basic Ukulele (Essential);
Basic Singing (Essential);
Bass Guitar (Preferrable)
Knowledge of Logic Pro (Preferrable);
Knowledge of Live and Recorded Music Technology (Preferrable - Specialism in this area highly desirable)  

As a Music Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons to secondary school students, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and love for music. You will have access to excellent resources and work alongside a supportive team to make a real impact on students' learning and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities for the Music Teacher:

Plan and deliver outstanding music lessons across Key Stages 3, 4,
Create an inspiring and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of music.
Support students in achieving their full potential in both practical and theoretical aspects of music.
Organise and lead extracurricular music activities, such as ensembles, choirs, and performances.
Contribute to the wider school community through musical events and initiatives.

What the school are looking for in a Music Teacher:

A qualified Music Teacher with QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
Experience teaching music within secondary schools.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver both practical and theoretical music education.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for music and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
