The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are looking to appoint an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work within an SEN setting supporting students with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work 1:1 and in small groups to support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning. The role of the Behaviour Mentor requires resilience, consistency and a calm approach when dealing with challenging behaviour.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and pastoral teams to implement behaviour support plans. Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor in an SEN or SEMH school is essential.
