Full-time, Term‑Time Only

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children in EYFS with additional needs.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities.
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging independence and confidence.
• Assist with implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and targeted interventions.
• Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in EYFS, is highly desirable.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
