The Position – Student Support Assistant

As a Student Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to a Year 6 pupil with SEMH, helping them to regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively and remain engaged in learning and classroom activities. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans. This role requires someone who is patient, firm, consistent, and nurturing, with a proactive approach to supporting SEMH needs.

This role is available full time or mornings only, offering flexibility for the right candidate, and is starting ASAP.
