Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Temporary)
Location: Putney

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, welcoming, and well-established early years setting in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support all areas of development

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and contribute to learning journals

Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times

Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)

Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Paediatric First Aid (desirable)
