• Behaviour Mentor to have Team Teach and/or restraint training

The Role – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to work within a PRU based in Westminster. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting KS3–KS4 students who present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and are at risk of exclusion. You will be required to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support and assist with de-escalation and crisis management when required.

Team Teach or restraint training is essential for this role. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, proactive and experienced working in high-pressure environments such as PRUs or AP settings.

The School – Behaviour Mentor
This PRU is located in the London Borough of Westminster and supports students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The school is well-resourced, has a strong leadership team and is easily accessible via public transport.
