As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, inclusive teaching that supports learners to achieve and progress. You'll contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement, ensuring provision remains responsive to learner and employer needs. You'll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Electrical Engineering lessons, including schemes of work
- Using effective, learner-centered assessment methods with constructive feedback
- Tracking and supporting learner attendance, progress and achievement
- Providing coaching and pastoral support to designated learners
- Maintaining safe learning environments and promoting positive behaviours
- Keeping up to date with developments in Electrical Engineering education and assessment
- Participating in CPD and quality improvement activities

Qualifications- Hold a teaching qualification with experience teaching in Further or Higher Education, or
- Hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering (or related subject) and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification through our Passport to Teaching programme
- A learner-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- A commitment to equality, safeguarding and inclusive practice
