Year 1 Teaching Assistant

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students across various subjects and year groups
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Support the SENCO and wider inclusion team in implementing personalised interventions and monitoring student progress
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence within the classroom and wider school environment

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally including exposure to SEND
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, supportive relationships
• A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach in a busy school setting
• A genuine commitment to helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally
