Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools, starting ASAP
. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life.
- Provide one-to-one and small group SEMH support
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and interventions
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Must have prior experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young learners
