We're looking for passionate Psychology Graduates who are eager to work as Teaching Assistants supporting students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support

• Long-term Teaching Assistant placements with opportunities for progression
• Excellent training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Ideal experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists, SEN Teachers, or Mental Health Practitioners

• A degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education Studies, or a related field
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN
