We are a specialist education recruitment company based in London, working with a wide range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools. We're looking for passionate Psychology Graduates who are eager to work as Teaching Assistants supporting students with a variety of needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN
- Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development
- Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver tailored support
- Long-term Teaching Assistant placements with opportunities for progression
- Excellent training, guidance, and ongoing support
- Ideal experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists, SEN Teachers, or Mental Health Practitioners
- A degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, Special Needs Education, Education Studies, or a related field
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
