Ealing, West London
£110 - £135 per day
Full-Time Long-Term Immediate Start

A supportive and forward-thinking specialist provision within a welcoming school in Ealing is seeking a committed ABA Tutor to join their team immediately. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils with Autism and additional needs, delivering structured, evidence-based interventions that make a genuine difference to learning, behaviour, and independence.

About the Role

You will work on a 1:1 and small group basis
, implementing tailored ABA programmes designed around individual EHCP targets. The school values consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement, and you ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on pupil progress and wellbeing.

  • Delivering structured ABA sessions following individual behaviour and learning plans
  • Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and social development
  • Collecting data and monitoring progress against targets
  • Working closely with the SENCO, Behaviour Analysts, and Teaching Staff
  • Supporting pupils emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and predictable learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience supporting children or young people with Autism/SEN
  • Knowledge or experience of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) approaches
  • Patient, consistent, and calm approach to behaviour support
  • Confident in following structured intervention plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Psychology graduates, SEN TAs, Behaviour Mentors, and ABA Tutors encouraged to apply
