A supportive and forward-thinking specialist provision within a welcoming school in Ealing is seeking a committed ABA Tutor to join their team immediately. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils with Autism and additional needs, delivering structured, evidence-based interventions that make a genuine difference to learning, behaviour, and independence.
About the RoleYou will work on a 1:1 and small group basis
, implementing tailored ABA programmes designed around individual EHCP targets. The school values consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement, and you ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Delivering structured ABA sessions following individual behaviour and learning plans
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), communication needs, and social development
- Collecting data and monitoring progress against targets
- Working closely with the SENCO, Behaviour Analysts, and Teaching Staff
- Supporting pupils emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Creating a safe, engaging, and predictable learning environment
- Inclusive and nurturing SEN-focused setting in Ealing
- Strong behaviour support and therapeutic approach
- Excellent staff-to-pupil ratios
- Collaborative team with regular training and supervision
- A leadership team that prioritises staff support and development
- Experience supporting children or young people with Autism/SEN
- Knowledge or experience of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) approaches
- Patient, consistent, and calm approach to behaviour support
- Confident in following structured intervention plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Psychology graduates, SEN TAs, Behaviour Mentors, and ABA Tutors encouraged to apply
- Competitive daily pay of £110 - £135 per day
