In the heart of Hounslow
, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for a STEM Teacher / STEM ECT for a September 2026 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious STEM Teacher / STEM ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Secondary Department. The School is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The School are well invested into the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It s an exciting time at the School!

Experienced Secondary Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Newly Qualified Secondary Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the School s very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced Secondary Teachers.

• MPS1-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
• Located in the Borough of Hounslow

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback

• Graded 'Outstanding' in latest Ofsted report
• Impressive Progress 8 results
