Qualiteach are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to work in a specialist post-16 provision based in Hayes. The role is full-time and long-term, starting from January. As an SEN Teacher, you ll be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons focusing on life skills, independence, and functional communication. You ll be working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for learners with SLD, PMLD, and additional sensory needs.

Experience using AAC, intensive interaction, or sensory integration approaches is highly desirable.

This specialist provision in Hayes caters to students aged 16-25 with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties. The school has a strong emphasis on preparing learners for adulthood and fostering independence through meaningful, personalised learning.
