Overview

Maths and Science graduates to work as teaching assistants across Key Stages 3 and 4 at a top London school (outstanding).

Immediate start after the February half term break. Full-time positions. Salary £85 - £110 per day.

• Working with and supporting students who require additional support in the classroom
• Providing academic support, either one-on-one or in a small group
• Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture and providing emotional support when needed
• Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage focus
• Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students
