SEMH Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
We are seeking an experienced SEMH HLTA to join one of our partner primary schools, starting ASAP
. This role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, helping them to engage positively with learning and school life.
- Full-time
- Provide targeted SEMH support across classes
- Lead small group interventions and assist with planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Empathy, resilience, and a passion for supporting young learners
